This website has been developed by Crook Community Partnership with the aim to provide an up-to-date web presence for community groups and activities and for the town of Crook itself.

The winners of the 2008 Crook in Bloom competition were announced at a presentation evening on the 11th of September at Crook Cricket Club. There was a very good turn out with the cricket club being packed out by contestants and their families. Find out who won by clicking here.

New Community Notice Boards for Crook

Crook Community Partnership has been working in partnership with Groundwork West Durham to secure two community notice boards for the town. These are now in place and in action. They are located at the top of Hope Street and on Watergate Estate by the new footpath which runs over the beck. These notice boards are for use by community groups, organisations and events.

If you or your group would like something displayed in the notice boards please bring it to the Hive. We ask that all posters are laminated (service available from the office for a small fee) and preferably A5.
